This was good, but not great. I love Kenyon's books. She is one of my favorite authors. This is Hellchaser, #7; Dark Hunter #24. I have read all of the previous books. I admit, some were better than others. This one just felt like it was missing something. The characters weren't as complex as they have been in the past. At times,I was confused. I love this series, and will continue it. This is my least favorite so far. If you haven't read the previous books in this series, I think you will be very lost.
