Penny Reid is truly amazing. I won't say this couple is my favorite and some of their troubles seemed a bit easy to me, but I really liked them both as people and as a couple they work well together.
I expected Roscoe to be a bit more easy-going and cheerful– I wanted more variety from our Winston men, but he did seem a little bland to me. His quirk is interesting, but this book really made me feel at odds about how he was portrayed in previous books– I definitely need a re-read (as if I needed a reason).

Also, the background stuff with Billy....  that all had my emotions jumbled. Poor, poor Billy. I cannot wait for his book! I need him to have a happy ending because he deserves it.

I'm getting SUPER picky though and all because I just have such high expectations now. But, this book is great and I had an amazing time reading it. It put me in a semi-book hangover and all I wanted to do was re-read all of the series.

Look, if you like contemporary romances with a dash of laughs then you need to read Winston Brothers series and Knitting in the City, like right now. I love them even if this one didn't meet me super high expectations.
