Another strong “read in less than 24 hours” book in this notable series. We get a glimpse into more of Kate's past and see her put in a very vulnerable position professionally. Although she gets to the truth in the end, I would have liked to see her triumph over those who doubted her, but hopefully book #10 will tie up that somewhat loose end.
Always a summer read to anticipate. Never enough Tomasetti, but the few scenes of him and Kate together are memorable.
