Double Indemnity

Fast paced, but satisfying, quick read. Noir, pulp fiction, crime...oh my! With a couple of callous characters (a bachelor and a femme fatale) and some twists and turns, it has that “I can't put it down” quality. It's really a “bare bones” story (just the facts ma'am); not a lot of figurative language and not a work of prose. It gets right down to business. And the ending - whoa. Hang on - you're in for a rollercoaster ride.
