Researcher comes to isolated Australian mining town, finds quirky townspeople including hot guy wearing a skirt. Everyone is accepting of everyone else's differences and the only conflict is whether or not the researcher will stay or go. Capped off with one of Walker's trademarked deliriously happy, sappy epilogues.
