So, so much potential, but I wasn't grabbed by it and I'm not sure why.
There are some not great decisions and the potential romance just wasn't working for me. Also, it would have been cool if she maintained being asexual, instead of it potentially just being used to show how hot the dude is, or how much she has a pull to him.

Not my thing, but there is action, there is tension, there is some really cool magic and an interesting way the world works, so I wouldn't tell people to pass it. It might be worth your time.
