Some good ideas and information about bettering myself to in leadership. Being more courageous even though it’s uncomfortable - I feel like I know this stuff but need that encouragement to actually try it out. This is supposed to give us that encouragement but didn’t work for me at least.

Fantastically good. Lots of useful reference to other work, a simple foundation in her approach and so many great tools. Likely a function of when I'm reading this in my own journey, it definitely lived up to positive reviews I heard from others, and I would highly recommend it as well.

Useful stuff in here, I think especially if you're new to managing (like me). It could have been written and edited better, though. I think the biggest takeaway is to see Brené Brown's website for really actionable resources.

This book is like a greatest hits album. It combines findings from her previous works in one volume. It focuses on application rather than theory.
