Curses, Boiled Again!
2018 • 306 pages

I liked that the MC was a dancer whose aunt was the star of this one—a unique take. It was the aunt who was the colorful character here, and when she is accused of the murder, her niece gets to lead the charge in clearing her name and finding the real culprits. I enjoyed the twistiness of the mystery and trying to sort out who'd done what and how much was related to the murder itself.

I wasn't too keen for the amount of cussing and the periodical profanities, so read with a bit more caution than most cozies.
