Culture Making: Recovering Our Creative Calling

I have to say I find some things in this book not entirely convincing, but I'm rating it with five stars anyway, hoping that way you will pick it up and read it, since it's definitely worth reading and I expect it to be influential, at least on a personal scale.

If you're looking for a book that gives you a quick and simplified perspective on culture cultivation and creation, then this is not the book you need. Instead, it's an elaborate but balanced study of the entire subject, looking at it from many different vantage points. Still, the author's style makes it a pleasant (though lengthy) read, and easy to digest.

I'm sure I will read parts of this book again in the future.
