Comedy Sex God

Well, wasn't this the biggest word-filled surprise ever! I watch “Lights Out with David Spade” and check out the Obligatory Plugs section for the guests every episode where, one night, Pete Holmes had this book written beside his name. I didn't look at what it was about (as I am known to do—I love surprises), but jumped on Audible to see how much it cost. It was only $3.68 Canadian! Hello! My expectations were very low because it was extremely inexpensive.

I could not get enough of listening to Pete tell his story; he nails it in the comedy and the spirituality realm (my favourite combo... it's a rare find). Genuine. Honest. Enlightening. Entertaining. “Comedy Sex God” needs to receive a bonus star—-the five star rating is not enough.
This book brought me great joy. I can't think of a better way to spend $3.68.
