3.5 stars. New-t0-me author, good opposites attract romance between Norwegian surfer dude and introverted emo eyeliner-wearing author with writer's block. I picked this up because another reviewer commented on how well the author differentiates the two MC's voices, kept reading for the singular character of Eggy (Ragnar Aleksander Sigurdson Eggebraaten of the Vestvagoy Eggebraatans to be precise), whose cheerful energy and devastating good looks mean that Clem doesn't stand a chance once Eggy decides he's ready for a real relationship. Reminded me a bit of Ash and Darian from [b:Glitterland 39332293 Glitterland (Spires, #1) Alexis Hall https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1521574094l/39332293.SY75.jpg 24797122] although these MCs are less extreme. Read via Kindle Unlimited; would definitely read more of this author's work if and when my TBR pile ever goes down to a manageable amount.
