I'm disappointed at this book, especially from Malorie Blackman. There was literally no plot other than a uni boy taking care of his baby.
Another re-read from my younger years, which I enjoyed. The audiobook elevated the experience as it was a full cast production. I really enjoyed the performances and the story while being short has proven to be memorable as I could still remember the plot fairly well after 10 years.
“What would you do?” - This book follows the effects of how a baby can affect the life of the main character, his family and his friends in a sort of way. Meet Dante (the main character) awaiting for the results that will change his life, instead his old girlfriend turns up and arrives along with his baby. And so his life is changed for what he thinks as the worst.
The book also features another sub-plot with Dante's brother Adam - of which I had an idea of what was going on as we got further on through out the book - even though I wasn't proved right till nearer the end which I found suitable for the way we found out.
I rated this as 4/5, due to it keeping my interest in the book and characters you can understand.
