Born to Run

I wasn't sure what all the hype was about but now I know. This book got me out of my armchair and walking barefoot in the backyard just to see the placement of my feet and toes when they landed.

Sometimes the book went off on odd tangents but for the most part it was interesting, entertaining and inspired me to get off my duff and start moving.
