Blind Reader Wanted

These long synopses should start being a sign to me that I probably won't like the book. Which is such a bummer since I really wanted to read it. I've been looking forward to reading it and finally broke down and purchased it :( 

It is your typical romance, but with a blind woman. A scarred man needs a woman to make him feel whole and said woman needs man to protect her from danger. Let's also throw in that part of the conflict happens because the man lies to the woman about something she wouldn't compromise on. UGH, Kit is an asshole. Sure, he is sweet usually and has wolves, but he's a liar and I really dislike him. In fact the whole thing was so out of left field, I feel like the author had to have written some mistakes... 

Besides that I wasn't a fan of the writing. I'm so tired of the main characters talking about how gorgeous they find each other and when the dude continues to talk about how difficult it is to keep his dick down, I almost roll my eyes out of my head. Ugh... Kit...  

There were some good parts though and I liked how Lara is blind – look at that rep, and Kit has some problems because of his military service as well. Not enough for me to like it, but I think other romance novel lovers will really enjoy this one.
