Cute, rather simplistic M/M take on Beauty and the Beast, with a bit of suspense thrown in. Wish Easton had chosen a different name for her young dashing hero than Billy Martin, as I couldn't stop picturing the ill-tempered 1970s NY Yankees manager of the same name. Not my favorite book by this author but in the midst of 2020 Election Hell, a fairy tale in which good defeats evil and love blooms between two disparate characters is always welcome.
