I want to rate this book as 3.5 stars.
It was a decent read with two well-developed characters. However, over the course of the book, which was roughly a year, the characters didn't really change. Liz was self-centered, but with a good conscience at the start of the book, as well as at the end. This, along with two easily seen plot twists(I had the climax figured out about halfway through the book) makes it a three star read.
