Beautiful Shining People

I read this book for Orenda Books new book club. This was the pick for June.
I almost didn't read it as, when I read the synopsis I, wrongly as it turns out, assumed it was a romance. I'm glad I changed my mind and decided to give it a go.
Beautiful Shining People is a beautiful, well written story that is engaging, with very likeable characters.
If sci-fi is your preferred genre, and even if it isn't, I highly recommend this book. I'm a diehard fan of crime fiction. This book brought me out of my comfort zone and showed me that change can be good.
