definitely one of the more well-rounded, body positive diet/fitness books I've ever read. diet is low carb fyi, so if you can't live without it this might not be the “lifestyle” for you. very pro good fats. not exactly going to hold your hand for the cooking part. no comment on the fitness routines provided.
