Awfully Ambrose

I liked Lisa Henry and Sarah Honey's previous collaboration ([b:Red Heir 54236581 Red Heir (Adventures in Aguillon #1) Lisa Henry https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1592949695l/54236581.SY75.jpg 84633640] and its sequels), but the premise of this series - guys getting paid to be obnoxious jerks - makes me uncomfortable. Ambrose's “bad boyfriend” antics mean that the humor is primarily of the cringe variety, which is not my cup of tea. The otherwise likable Liam and Ambrose deserved a better plot.
