I was thrilled to have the opportunity to hear Nijkamp speak about their work, and I actually appreciated it way more after hearing their thoughts. Honestly I think they're a great person and I will be on the look out for future titles. That being said, this was not the story for me. I think that probably had more to do with not being in the mood for a “pandemic story”. I lost track of some of the characters, even though I liked the fact there were multiple mcs/narrators. Would definitely still recommend this to teens.
