Anne of Ingleside

I have been saying the same thing about the last few books I have read in this series that I feel like I'm starting to sound like a broken record. I still love Anne as a character and I am loving following her through the different stages in her life. Honestly that is what is making me want to continue on with this series because I have some issues with other things.

First Gilbert is still barely a part of the books. She makes it to where he's basically in the background of the story which has been bugging me throughout the whole series but at this point I am kind of numb to it I guess lol. I have also struggled to keep up with how much time has been passing through each of the stories. Honestly I have no clue at all how much time has passed. All I know is that Anne is and adult with a lot of kids. Speaking of kids she has named pretty much every single one of her kids after characters that were in previous books and while I am not getting them confused with each other I do wish some of them at least could have been named differently.

That's pretty much it. I think if I didn't love Anne so much I wouldn't have continued on with the series.
