Okay, I liked the second book, but this one I wasn't a huge fan of. It dragged for me and it seemed like Toby just keep doing the same thing over and over and hoped for different results. And even though there were rules, she didn't seem to have to follow them?

Yet there is still a lot to like about this world, and I do like many of the side characters. I'll try one more book...
