A Trail of Honesty

First of all, this book was very difficult to read, because it is not adapted to be read on Kindle.

Such a short book makes me think it would be suitable for children of 6-8 years. A walk in nature is therefore a good idea,. If that is the case, more senses like color, sounds and smell should be incorporated to dramatize the events.

The cover is joyful and pretty.

The ending is open, “they still had to face the consequences”. For small children it might be better to describe an action so that they can have an example of a possible consequence. In my experience some small children might become anxious if there is an open ending like that.
