A King of Masks and Magic

First of all I want to thank the author again for giving me the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

So I literally finished this book in a day..... A King of Masks and Magic is another amazing entry in this series which quickly became one of my favourite.

The world building is just great, each culture has a true distinct feel which I love. Lisa Cassidy has a great writing style, clear and fluid, a page turner sort of writing without sacrificing neither the emotional depths of her characters nor the plot.

So talking about characters, the two MCs Cuinn and Talyn, I just love them, real and complex characters, brave and compelling in their moments of struggles and triumphs.

Me liking a book really comes down to the author‘s ability to make me care about their characters, and Lisa Cassidy truly delivered.

Also that ending....a game of thrones with some amazing twists ! And the title makes me think of a whole different character now that I think about it ! I'm really looking forward to see how 3 of the secondary characters will turn out (not a spoiler but anyone who has read it will know whom I'm talking about).

I'm impatiently waiting for the next book !!!
