A Deadly Education

Could go 3 or 4 stars, really. The first half was a bit tedious, where some things just seemed overdone, but then it clicked and felt much less contrived. I also realized that it makes a lot more sense if you're familiar with videogame tropes — even though it has hardly any overt pop-cultural references*, it definitely rests atop that context.
