A Court of Thorns and Roses

2024 reread, bumping this down to a 3. It definitely felt much more childish and simplistic to me this time but am I still eager to read on? Ugh, yes.

This was pretty damn good. Maybe even 4.5. I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I did The Queen of the Tearling, but especially after reading The Red Queen (sooo very boring), this stands out as very well written and structured amidst so many similar YA books out right now.
