i think there is good stuff in here, HOWEVER the tone of this book is very aggressive. theres solid advice but it needs to be filtered out and said in a way that readers will perceive it and take it as is. having to constantly filter what i am reading is exhausting, i dont need to do that it shouldve been done already. i dont have it in me to finish it.

Some good points. Can be very lecture-y . Not great with personal stories, but the core has some eye opening moments.

I really wanted to like this book, but I couldn't bring myself to enjoy the incessant rambling. There is useful content here. But a lot more fluff than necessary. Everything could have been very well covered and much more effectively in half as many pages.
Do yourself a favor, read a comprehensive summary instead.
