Paul Bassett Davies

Paul Bassett Davies, also known as Paul Bassett, is a British actor and writer.

His first novel Utter Folly topped the Amazon humorous fiction chart in 2012, and his next, Dead Writers in Rehab was published in May 2017 (now republished in a new edition). Please do not Ask for Mercy as a Refusal Often Offends (2020) is a dystopian comedy-thriller that's getting less dystopian and more prophetic by the day (think Blade Runner, but with Inspector Clouseau.) His latest book, chilling psychological thriller Stone Heart Deep "makes the Wicker Man look like a basket case," according to one reviewer. His story The Spots, was one of Six Scary Stories Selected and Introduced by Stephen King, who sent him a lovely postcard.
