Jinger Duggar Vuolo (born Jinger Nicole Duggar) is an American author, television personality, and public speaker. She first came to prominence as a member of the Duggar family featured on the TLC reality series *19 Kids and Counting* and its spin-off *Counting On*. Alongside her sisters, she co-authored *Growing Up Duggar: It's All About Relationships* (2013). After marrying former professional soccer player and pastor Jeremy Vuolo in 2016, she relocated to Texas and later to Los Angeles, California. Jinger has since written several books, including *The Hope We Hold* (2021) with her husband, and her memoir *Becoming Free Indeed* (2023), in which she reflects on her upbringing and her journey disentangling her faith from fear-based teachings. Her work often addresses themes of faith, personal growth, and freedom from unhealthy expectations.
