Freiya Benson

Freiya Benson is a 40 something trans woman from the United Kingdom. She writes about sex, relationships, love and how to navigate the world as a trans woman.

She has had her writing featured in various magazines, including Diva, i-D, and Ladybeard, and has also appeared on the Huffington Post.

She also is an accomplished photographer, with her work appearing in the NME, and Diva magazine.

She has written two books, the anthology Trans Love: An Anthology of Transgender and Non-Binary Voices, a collection of her own, and others writing about being trans and in love, and The Anxiety Book for Trans People, a guide to managing anxiety, overcoming dysphoria and finding joy as a trans person. Both books are out now, and are published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers.
