so much potential but it fell flat. not much plot going on and the characters are all unhinged

it took me getting to about 60% of the book to become fully re-immersed into the story and the world. but once it picked up the pace it was just plot twist after plot twist and holy shit the ending?!?!! and Ruhn!!
