Tools we can carry on our journey, to change our mindset (The Good Enough Zone), our mouth (The Self-Talk Meter), our priorities (The Time Parameters),... and there are some great nuggets of wisdom (and neuroscience) to encourage us too.

Risa has translated her professional and personal experience of actions that work into easy to understand, easy to implement, bite-sized tools. The diagrams are really helpful & fun visual aids too. I think this Toolkit should be on everyone's 'bookshelf', physical or electronic!
