A rare book that is very to get your hands on. Found this quite by chance at the second hand book store at the Prithvi Theater in Mumbai

This is an absolutely fantastic collection of short stories. Equal parts morbid, dark and funny Tejaswini has a gift for words. Each story is compelling in it's own right. I had a great time reading this collection and look forward to more after this incredible debut

This is such a timeless book. Set in the 70s and the 90s , it is a riveting insight into my country's culture, around the time I was born but was too young to truly comprehend. It's also quite funny at times and has certainly inspired me to take a deeper interest in my own culture

This is a dazzling collection of true stories, that I felt actually let me understand the core nature of my own people in a new light

A nice set of essays set in the 80s and 90s of India

Easy read that gave some much needed insights into a different Indian era. The selection is diverse and the viewpoints of the author are reasonably open

This book is a collection of stories about Indians who have moved away from their motherland. It's about their lives and trials and tribulations and most of the stories have no happy endings. Still the author's writing is exceptional and I read through the book faster than I expected too.

This was wonderful collection of essays that cover a broad spectrum of arts. Mostly books, but also movies, artists and photography. Sent me on a nice little journey of discovery about so many significant artists across the ages

This was quite a fun listen. I wish I had read something like this in my younger days. Also, because the audiobook is narrated by the author himself and the fact that the material is of a conversational nature, I strongly suspect the paper version would not have had the same impact

☕ Coffee table books rarely come as beautiful as this

I rarely read non-fiction. This one was recommended to me by a stranger. I loved it. It's a practical and easy to read book. Most importantly there were lessons that were immediately actionable
