When I started reading I thought that would be a totally different story, very nice the way that things turn out.

I liked the way that the whole mystery turns out in the end.

Very original story. And the misture between music and assassin is well fit. Good writing too.

Great series! It makes me laugh, cry, love, all at once.... So good.

The way they develop their romance is very sweet and I loved the social work part.

Just finished “Deception by VK Powell”, and with the respect of the words, its damn good. Have computer geek (what is very rare), criminal, empathy and a good romance at same book it's an amazing combination. She kind of rush the overcoming but what the writer took in detail of the homeless life was really good, you could almost feel what the character was enduring.

I like the way she shows the human's scrutiny. Besides that the theme is really awesome and well developed.

I wish there was more geek lesbian books :)

Loved the way Catherine analyse circumstances. Well write and profound psychiatric analyse.

I didn't like it very much:
1. It's nice the way the author describe all details... But just it's not my thing.
2. I knew the killer since the beginning (all right that I did the same assumption in another book and ended up being someone that I didn't thought about it, that was what I was hopping for in this one, but not happen).
3. The romance part... It's not developed quite,well maybe because is just the first.

Poor Cain, have to fight enemies from many fronts (it increases at each new book: too many loose ends), she really needs a vacation. I'm loving the new couples.

Waiting for the next book...

I love it! Wonderful story, characters and the investigation it's really impressive. Got my whole attention high until the end (read it in one day).

Ohhhh, It's such a present from who ready the series Honor (https://www.goodreads.com/series/86310-honor), shows the Russo's father side of familly and I love it get to know Jac.

At least his is going to dye in 10th book.
