3.5
¨spoilers¨
It was nice to pass the time but I wish they did had an adventure together if you know what I mean.
3.5 even if the characters were adorable I couldn't fully connect with this story. I'm sad because I had such high expectations after You Deserve Each Other.
! maybe next time
No I understand the hype about this series.
SPOILERS AHEAD
I love how they portrayed both addictions. And I love they didn't magically solve their problems at the end of the book like sometimes happens in books. Their addictions are so intrinsically part of who they are that it will take TIME and professional help for both to heal. I'm so glad I got the whole series in a deal in Google play :)
4.5 I LOVED THIS ONE. It was the one with the summary that I was most excited about! I love the story of both characters and I loved Matty too.! Also, thanks once again thank you for putting your books on Spotify! I enjoyed the performance of both voice actors a lot!
I love seeing LiLo's relationship mature into what they become later. I can't believe I forgot to review this book. But I liked it. The whole series deserves its own TV show for sure.
My rating would be 3.5 I know it's a standalone book, and it was entertaining but I couldn't quite connect withe characters.
I liked how she wanted to have a choice and was kind of able to separate her feelings and her duty.
I'll probably try another Elise book to see if it improves my view of this world. Probably the 2nd to this saga.
People we meet on vacation is my first 5 stars book of 2022.
I loved everything about it. The banter. The love. The angst. It was so well written. And they're so relatable.
Alex+Poppy=LOVE
Definitely one of those books that makes you cry and fall in love all over again.
This was such a sweet book. This is literally grumpy&sunshine trope and I ADORED IT.
Ren is TOO MUCH! Too sweet and polite! I want a Ren now!
I think this has been my favorite of the series so far. I love the slow development, even for this “light” reading. I loved both main characters and Wade's family ♥
OMG. I finished the book and if I hadn't bought the next one I'd be walking on the walls!! It's been A RIDE in every sense of the word but I LOVE IT. I loved the political scheming, the romance, and the action-packed scenes. Can't wait to start the next one.
ps: the dialogues sometimes were a bit repetitive like “my gods, good gods” and things like that but even with those details I fully enjoyed the book
3.5 It's not the strongest of the series but I kind of enjoyed it. Props to the audiobook performers tho. ♥
this is my favorite of the series so far, I love the feelings involved ♥ I'll be following this author for future releases for sure.
This book was hilarious and SUPER SWEET. I truly adored both characters. It's meant for younger readers but I enjoyed it SO MUCH. My first book of this author but surely NOT MY LAST.
“My name is Inigo Montoya..”HAHAHAHHA I love Andy and Sims
SPOILERS (kind of)
I LOVED the book, I expected a twist but it was SO WELL DONE. And now I'm dying to start book 2, but also I can't believe that the series wasn't finished, I didn't know when I started and I knooooooooow I'll want more.
Poppy is one hell of a character, but so is ‘Hawke'
THE BEST OF THE SERIES. REALLY. I CRIED LIKE A BABY!! SPOILERS!!
♥♥♥
I'm gonna miss them all.
Every time the word brother was used I CRIED. I LOVED ALL OF THEM, But Grey and Rhen have a special place in my heart! They were so stubborn, specially Rhen, but even after all that happened between them, they both yielded in some way. And when Grey took Rhen's hand at the end of chapter 41, I CRIED SO HARD.I think Harper and Lia Mara became the reason why they both yielded also, their soft side, but also their REASON TO FIGHT. THEIR REASON TO YIELD.
I really liked this book. I love how we got to know about Gus little by little and how January could go through her past AND present.
Another win for Emily Henry!!
SPOILERS!!!
Gus being crazy about her since college was EVERYTHING.
I wish I could say I finished this book. but I can't. The first one got me so excited about this saga but this one lost me in the middle. Maybe it was me.
2nd time reading.
I enjoyed this book WAY more this time around. Even though it has questionable things throughout the story, Nesta's journey is still something so dear to me. I feel seen in her struggles and I'll defend this character until the day I die.
A court of Silver flames ⭐⭐⭐⭐ & 1/2
3.8 another cozy story. I love Quinn he was so sweet. Patrick is a d*ck.
Once again, thank you for putting the audiobook on Spotify, it's perfect for me because I can go on with my chores while I listen to the book.
I'm REALLY excited about book 3 of this series.
I can't believe this series is over (or that I believe haha)
Even though it took a bit more of effort to go through it than with the previous ones I ended up liking it.
In my particular case, the secondary characters and theirs stories were what kept me going, were the most interesting for me.
Ruhn, hypaxia, Ithan, Lidia, Flynn, Dec and the sprites were everything.
SPOILERS
THE APPEARANCE OF MY FAVORITE SISTER WAS EVERYTHING! That's all I'm gonna say.
It was really really good! The pacing was excellent. The reveals little by little were chefs kiss.
Note: the performer of the audiobook made it even BETTER!
CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE
4.5 This book was LOVELY. I love the story of Zoey, and I love the even-game field plot. I think it was necessary and I loved it.
ALSO, THE STEAMY SCENES were 10/10.
I read this book in a day.
I loved the starting point and plot of the book. The fandom talk, the way the media craziness is described here, and also, THEM. Both April and Marcus are ADORABLE in their own way. I loved how they talked about fat-shaming and dyslexia. It made the characters richer, more approachable.
I hated their parents, the worst kind of people ever. And the kind of people that's abundant in this damn world.
As someone who's been part of fandoms and fanfiction reader, this book has a bit of everything.
