The book explains why Toyota has become one of the most successful companies in the world. We can understand why they can build such a great products and build such a great company. Toyota's principles are easy to comprehend for Easterners. The most important factor for a organization is to find a philosophy and be consistent with it. It is not possible to apply the model from one enterprise (eg TPS) to another enterprise easily. The value stream, Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu, decision making with consensus and human development in the organization are my favorites in this book. However, there are some points that I do not fully agree with the arguments of the writer in my personal opinion. That's why I rated this book 4 stars.
Một cuốn sách rất hay cho con cháu có cái nhìn đầy đủ và liền mạch về lịch sử nước nhà.
