i thought it would really be a sequel to cmbyn but the first half only talked about elio's father and his relationship with a woman a lot younger than him...
i love aciman's writing style but i only liked cmbyn by him.

first thought was: fucking BRENNAN is ALIVE??? also, please more chapters from xaden's pov in the next one thx

i loved this book so much - i couldn't get away from it, couldn't stop reading. not only did i adore the romance, i also really liked the fact that it isn't the only major theme in the book: the Olive's-career-and-discovery-of-herself based almost made me cry at times. all in all, it made me think that maybe i could kinda like straight romances...
