Whoa!!
All I can say is my mind is blown! This story just kept me at the edge of my sit wanting to know what happens and how it will end.... Colleen, two thumbs up! Amazing!
You had me at Tom Hanks! ‘You've Got Mail' was a love story I grow up on! ..... I absolutely loved this book. As a rom-com movie junkie myself, the movie references and just the complete story telling of this book was magical to me. It's what you'd expect from a cute quirky love story from our childhood. I honestly couldn't put it down, I literally read it in a day.
Not only were Annie and Drew adorable but the dynamic between the friend group with Chloe, Nick, Tobin, and Gary was just hilarious and fun. Made them believable and enjoyable to read. I can't wait to read more in the next book of this series!!
This was a fun read, I got to finish it in a day! Friends to Lovers Read! Another Christina Lauren book down on my read list. These girls honestly never disappoint. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the characters. Hazel was funny and quirky, all in all, relatable to say the least. lol.
Hazel & Josh met in college and when they run into each other again, they become really good friends and team up in setting each other with double dates. As their dates don't end as they'd hope, they spend more time with one another and enjoying their own company.

All books in this series is considered all standalone, but as I've been reading all of them one by one, I'd honestly recommend any one that wants to read them to check them all out. The reason why is that you slowly get to learn things little by little of all the brothers and the additional side characters that are part of their universe.
This story is about brother Billy Winston and Scarlett St. Claire, but the catch to this book is that it's a backstory of them when they were younger in high school. It's great to be able to hear their backstory because from previous books I've read you get some glimpse of their chemistry and conflicts that your truly want to get into. So as Ive reach this point, I was extremely exciting to see what's happened to these characters to be where they are at now. Book 7 now will continue their story to the now that they are older so can't wait to start it next.

08/18/2020 - I started reading this book on a kindle edition, immediately falling in love with it that I had to purchase a physical copy.
This book was a little different from other fantasies I've read; liking how the heroine of the story (Alessandra) wasn't such an innocent, quick lovable character. She was tough, straightforward, ambitious in fighting for what she wanted, and also having skeletons in her closet most men would say clear from. Deep down inside all she wanted was someone to see her for who she truly was.
Then there's the Shadow King: ruthless, handsome, kind, and lonely. He's determined to find out the truth about his parents and wont let anything or anyone stop him...until Alessandra changes everything.
I loved the dynamic of these characters, their friendship, their slow burn romance, and how they helped each other even through all their flaws. I know this is a stand alone story but I would love to see this world keep growing.
It was an absolute delight. The perfect light hearted rom-com you need.
It's a bit slow at first then definitely picks up when Calvin gets an opportunity of a lifetime. But the only way to make it happen is by getting a Visa to stay in the states, so Holland proposes a marriage of convenience. The instant chemistry that developments between them is simply swooning! They just bring out the best in one another.
You definitely get a vibe from the movie ‘The Proposal' with Sandra Bullock & Ryan Reynolds!
I want to start off my saying that this book needs to become a movie or mini series. I just need to see this story come to life, I am completely in love with it. I have never been so investing in a character and finding out the outcome of her story. It's just so intriguing and gives you so much emotions with the struggles and tough decision she made to be who she wanted to be and who she wanted to be with. Taylor Jenkins Reid, hats off to you, brilliant!

Book 2 is about Jethro Winston, ruggedly handsome park ranger with a troubled past. Then walks in Sienna Diaz, sexy Latina movie star filming a new movie in his small town... everything changes. Adorable characters you automatically fall in love with. Tons of humor and sexual innuendoes that's will have you laughing out loud. Truly enjoyed this one and can't wait to continue in this series with the Tennessee Winston brothers!

I want to start off my saying that I was an emotional wreck through this book. I knew this would happen, that's why it's taken me this long to read it. Colleen's note at the end of the book was just the tipping point of the sob fest that came out of me.
I've been a fan for CoHo for a few years now and all her stories are heartfelt, tearjerkers, whoa moments and some entertaining endings.... this book brings all that in a completely different way than you'd expect.
I don't want to say much without spoiling anything cause its so hard to review a story like this without spoiling something. I'll just say ‘Colleen, thank you for sharing Lily & Ryle story and how much of this story came to be'.

Oh my!! This book gave me all the feels. The love-hate dynamic is perfection. Great enemies to lovers story I've read in a long time. It's funny and adorable cute in every way. I highly recommend!!
