I'm stuck between 3.5 and 4 stars. It was a quick read. I enjoyed the twists and turns, but I was not a fan of the JonBenet Ramsey similarity or the ending.

Really 3.5 stars. I could have done without all the Egyptology details. I didn't get into it until I was almost halfway through it.

I highly recommend listening to the audio version. Hearing Matthew McConaughey tell his story is perfection.

I normally really like her books, but this one just didn't work for me.

So disturbing! I didn't love this book, but I liked it enough to want to know how it would end.

4.5 stars.

I'm between 3.5 and 4 stars on this one. The first half was a little slow for me. It was one crazy story after another. It wasn't that I didn't believe the stories, it was just a lot. After she left for college the pace of the book picked up for me. I really enjoyed reading about her thirst for knowledge and truly understanding what happened in the world (not just her dad's idea of what happened).

I can't decide between 3.5 and 4 stars. I can't write much without giving away important information. Some things were a bit a crazy for me. The ending is insane and made me mad and sad.
