Good YA fantasy, would've loved to read this when I was 15...unfortunately it doesn't work as much for me nowadays
wow....this was fucked up...and i loved every second of it.
not every second though.
i mean why, just WHY, every penelope douglas book i've read has the same epilogue with BABY????? i'm kinda tired of that.
still gonna give this 5 stars though (a first for me in her books). what a ride
wow, this was crazy! especially those last 200 pages. i have so many feelings about this...i had a lot of fun while reading this but at the same time so much stuff annoyed me!
like, i loved the friendships, Ruhn, the cat that is not a cat and the setting of the book. but at the same time, i wasn't a fan of the romance for the majority of the book (i only got semi invested in like, page 700) and the overall plot didn't feel original, in fact, it felt like a mashup of TOG and ACOTAR which annoyed me.
still, i'm interested enough that i'll be picking up book 2!
don't make decisions after 3 am...why did i read this...at least it was somewhat funny...i guess....
this was so wholesome and funny and cute. i had so much fun reading it.
GO READ THIS BOOK FOR CLEAR SKIN.
this book was fucking amazing, victor vale, sydney and mitch are my babies. there was just a tiny problem, that I already encountered with this savage song: the expasion of the world, or lacking of it, to be more precise. but that's okay, still loved it so much.
