I really enjoyed this sequel. The ending kind of killed me (introduced a trope that is a complete turn off, but thats just me). But overall, I had a good time reading this. If you know what I mean. ;)

DNF @68%... this is the second book of Marissa Meyer's that I've DNF'd. Both of which were audiobooks. I may give this one a second chance some day, but in print. I just lost interest in the audiobook. shrug

I never knew just how much I LOVE the enemies-to-lovers trope before reading This is War. I definitely connected with Viola, a loveable nerd. And Travis motherfucking King, jesus christ, he was written so goddamn sexy! The spice was SPICYYYYY in this book. I IMMEDIATELY picked up the sequel.

This has been on my Currently reading for almost a year. Time to DNF it even though I've read them already.

DNF @ 15%. Mehhhhhhh. I love black canary. She's one of my favorite DC heroines. But adolescent Dinah in a futuristic Gotham that oppresses women? No thanks.

DNF @ 22% on the audiobook. Keep in mind I've never seen the original movie or know anything about the Dune universe (I've seen bits of the new remake but kept falling asleep

audiobook DNF @ 25%
This book doesn't make sense as an audiobook. I may try to read it as an actual book someday. I like the premise but its extremely difficult for me to keep all the characters straight.

This book has some great information, but honestly reads like a textbook and I couldn't make myself finish it. After being on my Currently Reading for seven months, I had to DNF it at 79%.

AHHHHH. I loved this book. The whole enemies-to-lovers trope is honestly my FAVORITE, especially because it involves witches, magic, and loooooove. I'm dying to get my hands on Blood & Honey!!!

DNF @ 10%. I just wasn't immediately hooked, and after my library loan ended, I had no urge to get back into it. shrug

This was one of the most heartwarming books I've read in a long time. It was a super quick (for me) read because I just couldn't put it down. I know it is a standalone, but I would love to see more stories from Linus, Arthur, and the children. This is definitely going on my Best Of 2020 list.

YA fiction sure has come a long way since The Outsiders came out. I wish I had read this in high school, because I probably would've enjoyed it more. I listened to the audiobook, so I cant say I truly experienced it how most people have.

Lots of quick and easy spells for all kinds of needs, most having to do with self-care. I'll definitely be copying some of these into my book of shadows for future use.

5 stars because if a book can make me ugly cry, it deserves it. I got so invested in Evelyn's life that the ending made me weep for multiple chapters.
