Has to be the darkest story of the joker I've read. Dark, gritty and very detailed artwork in fact it's some of the best artwork I've seen. The story was allright, it just wasn't the most gripping.
The portrayal of joker showed his madness and evilness with brilliant effect. It's such a shame the story let it down otherwise I think it would of been one of my all time favs.
Short book that's a collection of events that has happened in the Italian underworld, it's interesting to read but no where near the quality of gomorah, it's worth a read if you are interested in Roberto savianos work.
Hilarious story. Short and sweet my only criticism is I was waiting for a twist at the end that never came.
I listened to the audiobook version it was a interesting story, but was nothing special.
As a massive nirvana fan I was very intrigued how a comic would work and guess what ? It does what an emotional story and detailed art work.
After watching the series on Netflix first I was itching to read the manga, and I wasn't disappointed. It's a bit different to the series but in my view it's better. It sucks you in and just wants you to read more only 17 volumes I think it is to go. Cannot wait :)
Love it, love her character, crazy women. Detailed artwork and made me fall in love with the Harley Quinn character :)
Been wanting to read this for years, so hard to get copies off. But it didn't disappoint, doesn't add any more than the movie but it doesn't need to. Gripping story, amazing and violent artwork but not violent for the sake of it. Brilliant manga.
Was really looking forward to this, but was disappointed. Felt like a slog reading it. Artwork was nice but story was just boring.
Think possibly my fav graphic novel of all time, stunning artwork l, grab you in story and even as I live in wales and not USA it still brought be back to my youth. Epic
Very short but packed a lot of story into it and had me hooked all the way through just a bit disappointed with how it ended.
Picked this up randomly from a charity shop and I'm really glad i did. Dystopian future with twists and turns and strong characters. Brilliant read.
Stephen Ambrose is an amazing author that brings the bravery and horror of ww2 to life. This book is one of his shorter ones but it still packs a punch. Detailed events with how the soldiers felt about. Cracking book.
After visiting Naples I was intrigued by the dark underbelly off this great city. The book did not disappointed also great to read along side watching the TV series gommorah well worth a read .
Took me back to my childhood when I used to play Zelda on the n64 but this time i actually saw the ending. Beautiful artwork and gripping story.
I wanted to like this book more but it just never got there, but still a good story with an ending I had a feeling was coming as I saw hints throughout the story.
Short story but loved it, love the authors books they grip you and take you back in time. Wonder if there will be a film made like the boy in the striped pyjamas.
Loved everything about it, the story the artwork. I know I'm probably too old for manga at 38 but it's just addictive. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.
