I needed to learn how to appreciate Winter as a character, but once I did it was AMAZING!!! And the ending and the characters and just WOW!! I'm in love with all of the characters and can't wait to read Stars Above to read what happens after.

This book had so much promise but did not deliver at all :( I couldn't really relate to any of the characters, they were kinda annoying and the plot twist happening at the end of the book I predicted in the first 30 pages. Overall just dissapointed and I'm not going to read the other books in the series.

LOVE IT!!! It's really relatable and the story is just great! The things that happen are kinda predictable but that's perfectly fine because it has all the wholesome vibes! If you love Heartstopper you will definitely love this!!!!

Yesssss!! The world building in Scythe really paid off here! I'm seriously in love with this world and the subtle not so subtle ways it tells us that our current way of living seriously lacks in all aspects. Also, I'm a serious Scythe Anastasia stan!! She's the best!!! And Greyson is just so great! If it wasnt clear yet, I liked this book A LOT and can't wait to read the next one!

HOLY MOLY!!! This book had such suspense and mystery! At every point you were unsure of what would happen next! I said before that Scythe Anastasia and Greyson were my favorite characters but I have to correct myself cause Jerico is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Another great book with nice banter, some actual excitement and plenty of adventure!!!

Even though the target audience is clearly much younger than I am I really enjoyed the story and the humor put into it

A typical meh book. Like it's not bad but its definitely not great. The story has potential and is kinda interesting, but the characters aren't written in such a way that you can relate to them or really like them. And they are very inconsistent in their choices which is super annoying.
This book is recommended like everywhere as a female empowerment book, but I don't really see it, which is a shame cause I'm all for books with badass females!

I just expected more. The things I didn't like were the same things as in the Selection but I just hoped this one would resonate more with me. Oh well

In the beginning I was confused that we had to learn so much about Scarlet, but she is pretty cool and her interactions with Wolf are GOLD! Also love me some banter between Cinder and Thorne!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. This book was a lot more fun to read than Siege and Storm. Still I expected more I guess. The ending was nice though! I would have loved to learn more about what happened to the characters afterwards.

I'M IN LOVE WITH BOTH ALEX AND HENRY!!! THEY'RE THE CUTEST!! This is literally the best book I've read this summer and will probably be the funnest book I'll read this year!

Holy moly!!! This book was so much more action packed. I also feel like this book really added a lot of depth to all the characters. The characters that I didn't particularly liked in Heir of Fire now also took a place in my heart. I love how complex all the characters are and how they didn't just forgive and forget. This made their interactions with each other a lot more exciting to read. I can't wait to read the rest of the series and find out what happens next!!!

This is typically a book that I should have read earlier and would have probably enjoyed more but now it was a bit whiny for me. It reminded me a lot of the geek girl series.

I had so many great expectations. I mean I didn't really like Levana as a character in the previous books, but I figured, the other books were GREAT so maybe now I can understand her motivations and like het character you know. Well I was wrong, I didn't get her at all and she did some seriously messed up stuff to other characters that is just overlooked. I had to struggle through this book and I'm not even sure if this added any insights for the last book that were worth reading this one. But oh well.

I didn't particularly like Cress as a character. She was a little too naive for me, but this is fitting for her in her circumstances so it's not a bad thing, it just didn't make her very relatable to me. Her interactions with Thorne were GREAT though. Absolute love!!

I love that Cinder gets a full crew of people who support her and help her out. It's great! And Iko is just THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Another great book!!! Percy, Anabeth and Grover are the best! Can't wait to read the next one!

I loved how it was clearly a retelling of Cinderella but also very much not. It was not what I expected but dang Cinder is a bad ass!!
