Why this book?
Thrawn was one of the scariest villains I had seen at that time. He had figured out how to get inside your mind and that was a frightening thought
Why this book?
This is some of the best world building I've ever read. Sanderson brings characters you love to watch move through his stories and he builds them in such a fully thought-out way. Every choice they make follows their own independent logic. Amazing series!
Why this book?
This story takes the idea of "If I could do it all over but know what I know now" and uses it in a at times funny and at times very pointed tale. Scalzi writes some of the best stories I've ever read.
