This was my first book by Noelle W. Ihli, and she did not disappoint. I could not put this book down! The different POV’s, the way the characters stories connected, and the satisfying ending were both fascinating and brilliant. I was so immersed in this story that I couldn’t stop thinking about it. 10/10 recommend!

I’m so happy I finally read Legendborn! 🗡️🔥💫 I really appreciate the representation in the book, as well as the interesting mix of history, slavery, root magic, and King Arthur. Bree was an absolute badass, and I loved her character growth. The pace felt a little slow at times, but the fight scenes definitely made up for it. Overall, I really enjoyed the book!
