Without giving many spoilers away. This book is about a house who not particularly fond of people living in it. While the story is intriguing enough to keep you reading.
The ending left me completely unsatisfied. While I don't necessarily need a happy ending I feel the ending needed more that it was given to fully flush out the story.
With that said it you like a thrill and mystery this book is a good read. Just don't expect a flushed out ending.
A great suspense and slight horror book. While I cannot honestly say it is frightening or scary for that matter, it is most definitely intriguing. The book is well written and makes you sympathy with the characters making you also have the feelings the dread and disappear.
Much better than the movie l, although I must admit I have never seen it fully!
A amazing book from an amazing person. As a minority myself I can relate to part of the scene and events on the book. Racist, poverty, and loneliness are a few things I myself have lived through while at the same time laughing at its face. With that said from the first time I came across trevor Noah's comedy, i knew he was going to be someone to follow and observe as he becomes a star among men.
This book being autobiography/comedy was no disappointment. It was an inspiring retell of what he has lived through and is a must read for everyone.
Amazing book, I first thought they were just a random assortment of stories until you noticed 5hat there is clearly a plot line and chronilogical order to it. A must read if you wan to laugh and be on the edge.
Volume 2 just as amazing as volume 1. Finished it in one night. But now I don't want to wait for volume 3!! I need my fix, I need to know what happened!
Man! What can I say, another great book by Brian Keene. A second to the first but just as good! Without giving any spoiler to the plot, you will enjoy knowing what happened after Teddy last wrote (character from the first).
I just wish I had some more answer to the connections between all his books and in what order to read them because they are inner connected in a multiverse.
I had never read the book before despite having in my books shelf for over 4 years. And I personally love the movie.
After finally picking it up and I couldn't stop reading it. I must say that I really enjoyed as much if not more then the movie. It paints a better picture than the movie! The book is a clear winner and i now understand why Anne Rice became so popularas she did!
