Once again I am blown away by Owenby's storytelling. This is the story of River and Holden who come from opposite worlds but find their way to each other.

Holden is determined to make River feel safe after the trauma she has faced in her past.

The steam is turned all the way up in this one. 5 stars for the steam alone. And the patience and care the Holden takes with River.

This one definitely leaves you wanting more.

Miley, Aubrey, and Jonah Story are cousins and have only met a couple if times when they were very young. They really don't know each other and haven't kept in touch because of their parents. And up until now have never met their grandmother until receiving a letter inviting them to work on her island. They are forced to go by their parents who are hoping to get back into the will, they had be removed from the will when they were younger.

Hoping to find out what happened between their parents and meet their grandmother, they head to the island.

Several good twists and turns. I really enjoyed this one.

Best stalker romance that I have read so far.

Adam is the leader of a vigilante group called the Soldiers of Anarchy. While at a party one night he sees Olivia, he is determined to make her his.

The author does a great job of keeping the reader hooked, this is the first book I have read from this author but will not be the last.

What a heartbreaking decision Emma had to make. This one will stay with me for a long time.

I have read this book twice now and it gets better each time. It breaks my heart each time. Beautifully told story of heartbreak and impossible choices. I love the support Emma gets from her family. I just love everything about this book.

Isn't it everyone's dream to inherit a ton of money? Love this book. Love all the riddles and the hunt to solve them.

I enjoyed it. We really don't get any answers as to what these things are. But, she has become extremely protective of Tom and Olympia. But, I did enjoy being back in her world for a bit.

I really wanted to like this, but the main character made so many bad decisions it made it hard to like it.

Helen and Nate move to the country to build the dream home. All is not what it seems and trouble begins. Items go missing from the jobs site. The begin to wonder if the place is haunted. This book was just ok for me. It has plenty of twist to keep me interested enough to finish it, but nothing much different from other books that I have read.

Rachael, who left the amish way, is found viscously beat to death in a Painter's Mill motel. What has lead her back to the place she ran from. That's what Kate Burkholder is determined to find out. I love this series and have read them all.

I really enjoyed this one. It was your typical cheesy teenage slasher with teenage love story thrown in. The story was well paced and was an easy read. Would definitely recommend.

I love this book, can't get these characters out of my head. On to the next one in the series.

Neighbors/friends rent a beach house together for the weekend. One turns up dead. Fast read, twisty, kept my attention.

If goodreads would let us go half stars it would be 3.5. The ending helped it. But took me forever to read this one well the beginning did. Flew thru the last half.

Heartbroken after losing her daughter and husband in a tragic accident, Julia opens her home as a writer's retreat. But eerie things start happening after the guests arrive. Julia, believes her daughter is just missing, believes the “citings” are Lily her missing daughter. But, not everyone else is so easily convinced. This is my second book I have read by this author and I did enjoy it. I will read more.

Great book. What a ride. Mira, who is traveling home for the holidays, when all flights are canceled. Ends up sharing a ride with 4 other strangers. Or are they. Things go from bad to worse when items in their car start to go missing and the roads are getting worse because of the winter storm. Fast paced and keeps you on the edge of your seat.

I am blown away once again how Owenby takes us into the minds of the characters in her books.

In Love & Sins, we see life thru Hendrix's eyes before he met Gemma (in the Love &Ruin series) it answers so many questions about what makes Hendrix the man he is. The choices he makes the friendships he has.

I loved being in this world and reading his POV. Can't wait for more!!

She is a go to author!!

This book was great until the the twist at the end and it took a turn which made it more like a 2.5 star book. But goodreads doesn't give half stars so there's that.

Was just ok. I enjoyed it. Kept my attention good twists. Some animal cruelty could have done without that.

Her boyfriend has gotten into debt, so to get him out of debt she answers and ad. She ends up having to sleep with the highest bidder, and that will get them out of debt. The smut was decent, the boyfriend was a piece of crap, she should have just left him.

Alice, who has just lost her at a large hotel, after being attacked by one of the hotel's affluent guests and being paid off. Meets Taylor, she offers to help Alice. Then the twists keep coming.

This book is a little messed up. Baylee, 17, who was kidnapped and abused by her neighbor. Then sold to the highest bidder.

But, turns out WAR who bought her has his own problems. She ends up helping him. But, he returns and now I have to read part 2.

ok the sex was hot in this one, but he was a spoiled brat.

listened on audio. enjoyed it the second time. I read it in 2017. I think I enjoyed it more that time.

Siblings repeat a road trip taken with their grandfather to get their inheritance. Let's just say it's not a happy road trip. I enjoyed this. Although, the ending wasn't my favorite.
