Es un buen libro, pero esperaba más, había leído alguna reseñas y creí que sería mejor, no pude conectar con Kambili, ya que a pesar de lo que describe es en mucho casos impresionante, no me llevo ese sentimiento por la manera en que lo relata, tal ves es la idea de la autora, el que ella sea un personaje básicamente sin sentimientos, y que ni siquiera su ansiedad sea transmitida. En la reseñas igual lo ponían como un libro que atrae mucho, como si no pudiera parar de leer, pero creo que al no conectar con la protagonista no me atrajo tanto.

Cuando inicie este libro sabía que no sería una lectura de las habituales mías, pero probar cosas nuevas a veces logra sorprenderte, desafortunadamente este no es el caso con este libro, mi puntuación para mis rubros es:
Trama *Creo que esperaba algo más hacia la fantasía, no me quedó muy claro cuál era el objetivo en este libro, sé que no es un libro autoconclusivo, pero aun así, es agradable cuando al finalizar el libro sientes un cierre aunque sea pequeño, supongo que quisieren dar pie a otro libro, pero en lo personal sentí que no fuimos para ningún lado con la historia.Personajes **
En este rubro los personajes no están mal, contando las características adolescentes, el que creo es el protagonista porque la historia es contada desde el puntos de vista de los 3 hermanos, no tiene mucho desarrollo, desde el inicio hasta el final del libro continua con la misma imagen emocional, que se vuelve un poco cansada, los otros dos personajes que comparten protagonismo, uno es más de lo mismo, solamente uno de ellos sentí un crecimiento, a mí me suele parecer tedioso, cuando siguen cometiendo los mismo errores.
Estilo de escritura *Escritura juvenil, nada demasiado adornado, la lectura es sencilla, la descriptiva justa, no te deja confundido de lo que está sucediendo, el compartir la historia desde varios puntos de vista me gustó, aun en la narrativa adolescente de los personajes.Adictivo *Este fue mi peor rubro, puede ser porque no es mi estilo, puede ser porque ya no entro en el demográfico, o que realmente la historia se queda un poco corta, pero en las ultima 100 páginas ya quería que pasara algo, o que se terminara.“There are many reasons why we do not use our full power, sometimes we are guided by the warrior code, sometimes by instinct, sometimes by common sense... In this area the characters are not bad, counting the adolescent characteristics, the one I think is the protagonist, because the story is told from the point of view of the 3 brothers, it does not have much development, from the beginning to the end of the book it continues with the same emotional image, which becomes a bit tired, the other two characters who share the limelight, one is more of the same, only one of them I felt a growth, it usually seems tedious to me, when they keep making the same mistakes.
Writing style **
Juvenile writing, nothing too embellished, the reading is simple, the description is fair, it does not leave you confused about what is happening, I liked the sharing of the story from various points of view, even in the adolescent narrative of the characters.
Addictive *
This was my worst category, it may be because it is not my style, it may be because I no longer fit into the demographic, or that the story really falls a bit short, but in the last 100 pages I already wanted something to happen, or to be will finish with it.
I liked this book... it was just what I was looking for at the time, it didn't make it to my favorites list, but I must admit that I read it in less than 48 hours.
In my opinion:
In favor, the world that the author creates, although it is not entirely new, is quite interesting, the romance between the characters develops in a believable and natural way and the conflicts do not feel forced.
Cons: the rules of the world are not very well structured, and the author didn't give enough information about what has brought the world to the state its in, I would have enjoyed it more, if the author build the universe a bit more, so we could see a little of it, of the other people in it and the reasons for the human queen...
Even so, if you are a lover of fantasy and romance books, I highly recommend it!

I guess a ending is better than no ending at all, I was hoping for a much more shocking answer to all the questions but at least they end up happy, but is not a book or series that I'll recommended....

Realmente me da tanta pena este libro... tenía tanto para donde tirar la escritora, después del primer libro, que aún con los estereotipos y demas, me parece entretenido, lo perdió todo dejando a los personajes planos, aburridos y sin evolución, desde los primero 3 capítulos ya odiaba bastante a la protagonista, y en toda la primera mitad del libro no pasa nada... más que oírla y verla quejarse y ser la peor “heroina” de la historia...
Aun así hay que reconocerla a la escritora que sabe como dejarte con curiosidad... no se si eso sea suficiente para que yo me aviente 1000 páginas más...
Si alguien tiene un alma piadosas que ya haya leído los 4 libros, que me haga un resumen y me evite el trauma de leer más de esto
Dioss estoy tan furiosa con este libro que nisiquiera me tomaré la molestia de hacer una reseña en inglés, porque solo quiero sacar mi frustración...
Que libro más esquerosamente malo, sin sentido, a la Scarlett quería yo darle un zopapo a ver si se le removian las únicas dos neuronas que parecía tener, y la obsesión con la hermana ya me tenía HARTA! como personaje principal: aburrido, plano, soso y asquerosamente estúpido.
Por otro lado lo del juego estaba de flojera, y dioss despues de que vio morir a todos sinplemente acepta que todos reviven POR FAVOR QUIEN SE CREE ESO!!!... flojera agena, las pistas vacías y de 3 centavos... ni a pesos llegaban, la trama totalmente estúpida, hubiera estado 1000 veces mejor que si Legend las quisiera matar, para vengarse la de abuela, y si al final lo conseguía iba yo a celebrar, porque la Donatella igual se sentía insulsa y descerebrada....
La estilo de escritura de lo mas normal, y de la disque adicción que me iba a dar el libro de lo bueno que estaba ni que decir, lo terminé porque soy masoquista y no me gusta dejar libros a la mitad.... pero oh por dios como sufrí.
Quería leer erase una vez un corazón roto pero después de leer esta novela de la escritora.... lo estoy dudando MUCHO!!

Me encantó este libro, es una lectura super ligera, te enamoras de los personajes lo que lo hace muuuuuy entretenido, y ahora muero de ganas por leer el siguente
I really liked this book!!! When I started it I didn't really know what to expect, but I think it's a good mix of mystery and fantasy, with a perfect touch of darkness!!
The narrative is quite good, without being pretentious or complicated to read, 100% recommended
