note: I did struggle in first half why the language but by the end, I was fine and won't let it impact my ranking.

I hail from the future, as I've already finished the January book—in December!

The first half of this book felt like a slog. It was slow, uninspiring, and honestly didn't fill me with much hope for what was to come. But then, everything changed. I didn't see the twist coming at all, and it completely caught me off guard. I'm curious—did anyone else see it coming?

Ultimately, the ending redeemed the book for me, but it's still not something I'd consider an “Obama book.” Just saying. If I could, I'd love to ask him, “Wuuuut?”

Will this be my last book of 2024? Hmmm...what does my book reading future hold for the next 3 days.

I have read this a couple times before but it has been years. I found warm nostalgia for my memories of reading as a teenager. It held up in some cases, but I can't say it had the same appeal as it did for young me. Still a classic must read.

Didn't like this book. I don't like Claire - I powered through her in one book but to have her come back with this one was a bummer. Hopefully this will be the last of her.

Finally the wedding. Felt like how their wedding should be. I'd like like see some spin offs in this universe.

Amazing storytelling about a family that Time Travels as an inherited gift I guess. Great book to escape, with my heart aches and is happy all at one.

I don't know if I would've read it if it wasn't a bookclub pick.
